Ready to Reclaim Your Life?

You’re in the right place.

I’m Saira, and I help people just like you: people who know they want and deserve something more, but are not sure how to get there, or need support to do so.  One way to improve your mental health and overall well-being is to address and resolve emotional issues that may be causing distress or negatively impacting your life.  This can be done in a supportive space with a professional.

Working through emotional issues can help you feel more balanced and better able to cope with the challenges of everyday life. It can also improve your relationships with others and increase your sense of happiness and contentment. Improving your mental health can lead to greater well-being and overall satisfaction with life.

How I work

If you are looking for a psychological professional who is committed to helping you find hope, then we might be a good fit.

We’ll work on real, practical skills that you can apply to your day-to-day life.

We work with a goal in mind, and my approach is to equip you with the understanding and tools to take care of yourself. We look at how your past is impacting your present. With my experience and knowledge, I can help you better understand your difficulties and work towards finding healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to manage your mental health.  Together we would look at mind-body approaches and new skills to build a secure emotional foundation. I aim to empower you to trust your innate ability to heal. I am here to listen and support you every step of the way.
