Hi, I’m Saira, and I can help. Life doesn’t have to stay this way. I specialise in helping adults navigate their mental health struggles and work towards achieving lasting change through personalised therapy. My clients walk away with a new outlook on life, feeling better about themselves and with hope for a future. I understand that visiting a psychologist can be a difficult and overwhelming decision, especially if you have been struggling for a long time or are going through a challenging time in your life. It takes a lot of courage to take the first step towards seeking help and making positive changes in your life. The reason I created Mendality is to be able help “mend” ourselves with a mind-body holistic approach that includes our emotions, our thinking, our patterns and ways and to move into a new way of being with ourselves and in our relationships.

After that, I will give you my recommendations, and we can begin mapping out a path to your goals. My aim is to be pragmatic, accountable, transparent, and trustworthy.
